This was a nuptial just before the pandemic peaks, and it is a good idea to have a small and intimate wedding for various good reasons. More-so than ever with the current COVID-19 pandemic and movement control order (MCO) happening all around the world. This was a simple wedding, more like a gathering with the closest family and friends over a sumptuous meal with good wine and good laughter!
I first met this couple few years ago during a family portrait arranged by Suyin’s older brother. He is from Fiji, and she is a local Malaysian girl. The family is all across the globe; Suyin’s elder sister came back from Japan, and elder brother travelled from London. This was a wedding for Suyin and her family as they will have another wedding in France. Isabel was a lovely choice. So much so that I personally fell in love with this quaint and charming venue. A lovely heritage building tucked in one of the quieter smaller street in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The food is lovely as well!
I think there will be more small and intimate weddings like this in the near future, and looking forward to whatever new challenge that is thrusted upon me and my team.
