Last month, I had a chance to work with FourFourTwo Malaysia for a feature interview on Perak FC, and national player Nasir Basharudin. I am so used to capturing wedding portraits and moments, so this was really a first for me. It was a thoroughly special experience for me as I have always had a strong passion for football, being a Manchester United fans since young.
The shoot was relatively short and quick, taken at the home of Perak FC, the Perak Stadium. I am from Ipoh, and I must admit this was the first time I stepped into Perak Stadium and onto the pitch! Nasir changed into three strips for the shoot; namely the Malaysian jersey, Perak jersey and finally in some Puma sponsored gears. Nasir is a friendly bloke, and it was an invaluable experience to get to know more about local Malaysian football. Looking forward to more opportunities like this.
